Bars each offer is compared with US offers of the same kind (generation, kind of module, condition, size and pack), and the middle half of those differences is averaged: how much more or less a country's offers cost than the same kinds from the US.
Faint bar its 95% range takes in zero: no clear difference from the US. A solid bar and an arrow mean the whole range is on one side.
Delivered the item and its shipping to a US buyer, as eBay US asks; import duties and taxes, which a buyer may owe on top, are not in it.

How to read this
- Every offer is compared with US offers of the same kind (generation, kind of module, condition, size and pack), and a country's figure is the average of the middle half of those differences. Comparing kind with kind keeps the mix out of it: a country that lists mostly cheap kinds does not look cheap for that alone.
- Prices are asking prices on eBay US, delivered to a US buyer: the item and its shipping, before any import duties and taxes.
- Identical listings - from one country, of one kind, at one price and shipping - count once, as one offer, and weigh five at most, so a flood of copies counts as one offer and not as the country.
- Counts from outside the US, China, Germany and Hong Kong are lower bounds: our largest searches are split by those four, and listings from elsewhere can be missed.
- A country gets a row of its own with 100 offers or more and a 95% range narrow enough that its price against the US is known to within about a fifth, up or down. Every other country is pooled as Other countries, and All listings is every offer, US offers included.
- Left out: lots, and memory of unknown generation; memory of unknown form has no kind row. A country with under 30 offers has no figure of its own, only its share of Other countries.
- The figures are worked out once an hour from the listings on the site at the time. Every time on the page is UTC.
